This course is specifically designed for SNAs seeking practical and simple examples of ways to adapt restorative language and processes in order to remove barriers for students with AEN.
Restorative Meetings
This course provides an explicit process to facilitate tricky everyday conflict that can show up within your classroom and beyond.
Restorative Me Plus
Restorative Me Plus is designed for teachers, school leaders and SNAs who want to understand Restorative Practice and explore how it can support their everyday work. The course introduces practical strategies and language to help build stronger relationships, enhance effective teaching and learning, and respond more effectively to conflict. It also explores the needs and emotions that can drive challenging situations, helping participants develop approaches that can reduce stress and support healthier responses — in the classroom, staff room, living room and beyond.
