"There is no power for change greater than a community discovering what it cares about"
Margaret J. Wheatley

It's so wonderful to get to welcome the support of our growing Connect RP team facilitators: Kevin Edge, Aishling Kelly, John Madigan and Karen Smythe. Their generous restorative spirit and capacity supports me and our school teams on their own RP journey.

Our Connect RP Team will continue to grow and respond to the live needs of the schools we have the honour of working with and I am so grateful to have such nurturing partnerships to serve our growing community - Ubuntu!

With my hand on my heart I can say that these people are not only outstanding relational educators, inspiring practitioners and brilliant RP trainers...but most of all, we all share the same values and vision for the impact we wish to have on our world!

I look forward to what awaits us on our ongoing journey...

Aishling Kelly

"RP has reframed the meaning of success for me in both my professional and personal life. I like who I am when I work restoratively and place relationships at the heart of everything I do!"

John Madigan

"RP connects me to who I want to be in the world. It has given me a compass, one that I can always trust, that guides me on the path to fostering & nourishing positive, healthy relationships in school and in life."

Karen Smythe

"RP allowed me to focus on my values and helped me to keep the bigger picture in focus. I learned it's not about getting students to behave by having power over them but rather empowering students to be their best selves guided by their internal compass."

Kevin Edge

"RP is the heart of everything I do. RP puts the power of relationships at the center of my day. It enables me to foster a warm and happy environment to live and work in."

Sarah Kinsella

"RP helps me to remember what's important in life and reminds me to keep my values at the centre of everything I do. RP has given me an explicit language and way of being to foster and proactively build relationships both personally and professionally through empathy and compassion and helps me live everyday as my best self."

Noelle NicThomais

RP for me is the acceptance that perfection doesn’t exist but we can always strive to do better. When working restoratively you are putting people at the centre of everything and at the end of the day it’s connection to people that brings the most joy in life!

Fiona Campbell

"Restorative Practice helped me to recognise the importance of community and the need to proactively build positive relationships. When things get challenging it has been a reminder of who I want to be and the power of human connection."
