"A must for any school serious about positive relations and a positive school culture".

Liam Browne

"RP training with Michelle is good for the heart and mind. It is an energy giver, and I believe it gives participants the skills to relate to young people in a really positive way. This can really make a difference in shaping how the young person deals with conflict and difficult moments in their lives. I would highly recommend it personally and professionally. It was so lovely to collaborate and connect with people working in different roles in primary and post primary education, and learn from each other in a constructive and caring atmosphere."

Pauline Connolly

"Excellent training, empowering and inspirational"

Michelle's infectious enthusiasm engendered a rich and open learning environment. I'm looking forward to implementing all that I have learned in our school community,"
