This RP Training and Implementation is For You If:
- You are looking for an explicit process to facilitate tricky everyday conflict that can show up within your classroom, yard, halls and beyond.
- You want to build your confidence to deal with conflict using words that are windows and not walls.
- You wish to develop simple and effective strategies to earth conversations around relationship breakdowns and bullying situations that can otherwise be exhausting and challenging.

Practising
5 Hr Certified Self-paced Course
This course will serve as a great RP Buddy, a consistent reservoir, for anyone wishing to develop their restorative facilitation knowledge, practice and skills. Click to view our taster introductory video here.
This course is suitable for Primary and Post Primary groups. It is ideal for year heads, guidance counsellors, schools leaders, teachers or SNAs facilitating conflicts between others.
