Learned a huge amount about RP at Michelle's workshop. She is so engaging and full of energy. We had a lot of fun too. She makes everyone feel very comfortable about sharing their experiences and to discuss the areas where they wish to improve.

Brilliant day 2! The workshop is so engaging and has huge benefits for us as practitioners but also for our students and schools. Michelle was an excellent facilitator once again!

I absolutely thoroughly enjoyed this workshop. I was honestly quite sceptical before I came but this was one of, if not the best training workshops I have been sent on. Michelle is so engaging, even after the lunch time slump! Excellent workshop, would recommend all teachers engage in it

The 2 day workshop for middle leadership was phenomenal. What really stood out was how practical RP is within the constraints of a school timetable. Michelle is an expert facilitator and provides lots of real examples, case studies, and resources you could use to help build a restorative culture over time. The workshop gave useful insight into the philosophy behind restorative practice, which helped make sense of why the approaches work, not just how to apply them. I came away with clearer language and structures for embedding RP. I’d recommend it to all teachers and leaders.

Very worthwhile, particularly in relation to Year Heads, Bí Cinealta, and just bringing more empathy and care to my role

"This course was absolutely fantastic! Michelle is honest, realistic and inspiring. The ideas and resources she presents are practical. This course is very well-paced and it is tailored to meet you wherever you are at on your RP journey. I really liked how there was a focus on RP and Bí Cineálta but it was emphasised that it is better to have RP practices implemented in the school before using them to resond to an incidence of bullying..On this course you really get opportunities to stop and think but also to experience RP activities. I love that there is a free follow up course online with videos and resources. As a result you can continue to refresh the knowledge you have learned. I really enjoyed the course and when it was over I woukd have been happy to go back for another day! 10 out of 10 from me!"
